Frequent travellers (>33 travel days/year) will be most interested in our Annual policy which allows you unlimited travel throughout the year.
No travel register is needed as in Click & Fly.

Annual policies are available for private individuals as well as for collective underwriting.
Click & Fly is only available for collective underwriting (companies/organisations).

Versions

Two versions are available: the cheaper ‘Business’-version and the more expensive ‘First’-version. Each of these versions has its own coverage limits.

Travel Discomfort

Trip cancellation or curtailment, diversion to alternative destination, travel delay, flight cancellation, denied boarding, missed connection, overbooking.

Click & Fly Travel cancellation is solely valid if concluded within 21 days of booking the travel arrangement.

Baggage

Loss, damage or theft of personal baggage and professional equipment (samples, machines).
Purchase of necessary clothing and toiletries in case of baggage delivery delay of at least 8 hours or 1 night.
Assistance in case of loss of travel documents or ID documents.

Private Liability

We cover non-contractual personal liability, both for physical and material damage worldwide.

Pay attention: this cover is not available for US-based companies.

Area of cover

Countries with increased travel risk remain insured under our Business Travellers Insurance policy, provided that the insured person is not actively involved in battles, disturbances or demonstrations.

Countries are divided into 3 different coverage zones:

• zone 1: countries without negative travel advice (safe countries)
• zone 2: countries where 'non-essential travel is advised against' by the European Ministries of Foreign Affairs. 2 travel days will be charged per travel day within zone 2.
• zone 3: countries where 'all trips are advised against' by the European Ministries of Foreign Affairs. 3 days will be charged per travel day within zone 3.

USA is not especially seen as a destination with an increased travel risk, but due to the high level of medical expenses there, this destination is also classified under zone 2.

Travel credits

The minimum number of travel credits per Click & Fly policy is 100. Upon renewal, the policy must always be renewed with a minimum of 100 credits. All additional credits, higher than the annual 100, can be carried over to next year.

The more credits you buy, the higher the discount.

Country of residence

Your country of residence is the country where the centre of your interests is located, not the country of your destination.

To be eligible for a BTI insurance, your country of residence must be located in one of the countries of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein).

Switzerland and the UK (post-Brexit) can only do so if it concerns travellers to the European Economic Area.
